Backstory:
Emotions can get stuck in the body and take over our system. Emotional expression is natural, healthy and necessary. In this session we’ll be guided to move, breathe, paint, release, submerge, reset, and celebrate.
Turn your emotion into art during this ceremony. It will be fun, playful, safe, and profound.
What to Expect:
--> Educational Emotional Embodiment Practice - Learn what your emotions are trying to tell you.
--> Finger Painting - Express yourself! No artist genes required. Move the stagnant emotions you are ready to release to the canvas where you can get a better view of them and start to integrate their message, heal, and grow. (wear clothes you can paint in. All supplies provided.)
