Physical computing is the practice of interfacing digital machines and not-digital reality. We'll make a tiny computer blink lights and collect sensor data from knobs and sliders and buttons, culminating in a musical controller to play a virtual synthesizer using MIDI.
We'll cover basic electricity and basic programming and digital representation. You'll build and take home a simple project that can be customized and expanded upon in various ways.
Requirements:
• Laptop, with USB A port (bring a converter if needed)
• Headphones
• Experience with computers
