Come join us for an evening of yoga designed just for teens! Whether you are new to yoga or have tried it before, you don’t want to miss this event.
Teen Yoga includes playful yoga sequences, a faster pace and reflective activities to help teens connect and have fun.
Be ready to stretch and strengthen your body and mind and have a good time!
Please wear comfy clothes you can stretch in (i.e. sweats, leggings, t-shirts, tank tops), bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one!
