Join us for this new MONTHLY event, the last Saturday of each month. We will set goals for the following month, and revisit our accomplishments when we meet again!
Here's what to expect:
*Circle up for meet n greet at the trail start!
*One hour WALK (all levels welcome)
*At the midway point we will lead you through a mini-mindfulness session designed to help you transform into a better you.
*Light bites and drinks goodie bags for all
*Leave the morning feeling grounded and ready to take the next step to live a passionate life.
The Beauty Boost is a community for women to feel empowered, healthy + beautiful! We offer events + experiences such as fitness events, empowerment workshops + socials and retreats. Make it a lifestyle with membership or start small by grabbing an event ticket!
