Wake up & join the Collective under the morning sun opening the day by adding to the global mala with 108 sun salutations with TVC team in town park at 8am.

From there — Head to rejuvenate in building 301 Broadway to experience a multiartist sound bath meditation led by crystal sound bowls and tibetan gongs for grounding, clearing and relaxing.

We’ll then take a break for lunch allowing time to explore and discover local vendors in the building and added on acupuncture treatments through VVW (if applicable from ticket purchase)

Reconvening for the afternoon sessions with fresh energy, through Mindful Movement with Jocelyn Lafferiere (The Beldenwitch), Primordial Sound Meditation with Elena Delgado Vazquez & and an integration workshop with Michele LaVIre (La Femme Wellness)!

Close out the day by releasing and shaking up the energy with Buti & beats led by Kirstie Junker and local DJ Matt Cole, and ultimately ending with ecstatic dance party to free your creative self fully!

This day is designed to celebrate Vitality during the longest days of the year. Sunshine, healing, movement, community, and everything good for the soul!
