Join two sound healers- Shaleesa and Emily - for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath experience at Big Spring Park! Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations that will help you unwind from the workday and relax with community.

This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to take a break from your busy schedule and focus on your well-being. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to find inner peace and harmony. See you there!

Sound baths are a sonic trip to the theta brainwave state- our brain’s location for rest, relaxation, meditation, and deep healing. We journey through untouched places within the Earth and the Cosmos with Quartz Crystal sound bowls, powerful Solar Flare Gong frequencies, sacred Native American Flute melodies, ethereal chimes, and more!

A sound bath offers an array of physical and spiritual healing responses:

Deep levels of relaxation
Pain relief
Anxiety and stress relief

We’ll be lying on the grass for most of the session. Bring your own blanket, pillow, and yoga mat.
