Our Mission-Mindful Strides: Our Caribbean Qarnival 5K race brings people together to take strides towards mental health awareness by harnessing the energy of the Caribbean carnival. This race is a step to encourage mindfulness, self-expression, and unity; breaking the stigma surrounding mental health in our community .

Our Vision-Our vision is to organize a 5K race that empowers individuals to break free from societal norms, donning carnival masks as a testament to the strength of mindfulness, and inspiring a society that embraces mental health as a crucial part of overall well-being.
