Becca is offering free consultations and/or trial sessions of her 'Music for Well-Being,’ giving people the opportunity to experience what one of these sessions might involve.

Becca offers these sessions for both children and adults with an emphasis on how music can help individuals explore and connect with themselves and others. Children can learn how much fun music can be in a playful, supportive and exploratory environment. Adults can experience the profound way that music can speak to (and for) our emotional self. No musical skill or experience is needed to take part.

There will be a number of thirty-minute slots available throughout the afternoon for individuals to choose from, where you will receive your own private 'Music for Well-Being' experience.

About the facilitator:

Becca Wintle is a UK licensed music therapist with 15 years experience working in schools, care homes and private practice with children and adults with a wide range of physical, intellectual and/or emotional needs. She has a background in occupational therapy and early intervention with young children and families.

Becca is a skilled musician and music educator who uses music to help people connect to themselves and others in a more meaningful way, thereby increasing well-being. She enjoys introducing music to children in a more playful way that helps them explore their own musicality and voice.

She has specialized in working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with profound physical and intellectual disabilities. She also has a trauma-informed approach having worked for 6 years with vulnerable children in adoption services.

Becca has a highly creative and attuned approach, drawing on Internal Family Systems theory, mindfulness and body-oriented approaches that aim to increase awareness and integration.
