On Sunday, August 20, 2023, get ready to push your limits in the scenic landscapes of Prince Thomas Park on Lake Mattanawcook. Whether you're in it to win it or just for the thrill, we've got something for everyone: the Olympic Triathlon kicks off at 8:00 am with a 1500 meter swim, 40k bike, and 10k run. Not far behind, the Sprint Triathlon starts at 8:30 am, featuring a 750 meter swim, 20k bike, and 5k run. And for the ultimate challenge, our Half Ironman Triathlon awaits with a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike ride, and a 13.1 mile run! Join the ranks of the unstoppable – sign up and let the adrenaline rush begin!
