Josh Farmer is a Montana born singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Missoula. Farmer’s musical style fuses elements of jazz, R&B, folk, pop, gospel, soul and improvisation. He has been a prominent member of the Missoula music community for years both as a performer, teacher, choir director and community music organizer.

Josh has been playing music as a guest musician on chartered trips with LCTA in the past and we wanted to make a trip with Josh as the featured guest!

Farmer’s latest work, a full-length solo album was self produced in his home studio in Missoula during the 2020 Covid shutdown.Mental PictureMissoula’s home-grown Josh Farmer Band have been bringing their unique blend of jazz, funk, rock, and soul music to the local scene since Fall 2011.
