Join the Mitchell Opera House in welcoming Nashville Recording Artist Andy Kahrs this May 11th at 7pm when he brings his acclaimed Tribute to contemporary music legend Glen Campbell.
With enduring hits like Wichita Lineman, Gentle on My Mind, By The Time I Get to Phoenix and Rhinestone Cowboy, Glen Campbell has left a treasured legacy of songs and Hits. Andy Kahrs is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist with a distinct roots sound based in blues, soul, and classic country, and with thousands of monthly Spotify listeners and a busy touring schedule, he has made a name for himself as one to watch in the Americana scene.
Andy has been featured on Spotify’s ‘Got Blues’ and ‘Best Blues of 2022’ editorial playlists. He has a distinct blend of roots genres, coupled with his “vocal prowess” and slide-guitar/fingerpicking style brings his southern roots and storytelling sensibilities to life. His authentic tone draws equally from Randy Travis and Otis Redding, yet stands out as uniquely his own.
Originally from Atlanta, GA, Kahrs has made Nashville, TN his home since 2018. While he spends his time with many well known producers perfecting his touring music, he also performs as lead singer and guitarist in “Rhinestone: The Songs of Glen Campbell”, paying tribute to one of country’s music’s brightest stars while raising awareness for Alzheimer’s research.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for kids 12 and under.

Tickets can also be purchased with cash or check at ACE in Mitchell or at the ticket booth the night of the event with cash, check, or card!
Doors will open at 6:15 p.m.
Mitchell Opera House is handicap accessible.
Food and drinks are not permitted in the auditorium.
All seating is first come, first served.
