A celebration of the late Nelle Harper Lee’s 97th birthday will be held on Monroeville’s historic downtown square. Come join us in celebrating Harper Lee's birthday with a celebratory, season-ending birthday party! The Birthday Celebration party includes live music by a popular local band, complimentary heavy hors d’oeuvres prepared by a local chef, complimentary drinks and dancing! A wonderful night of fun & cheer!
The "To Kill a Mockingbird" stage adaption is an exceptional experience. Performed in the old courthouse, it allows attendees an opportunity to transport themselves back to the time of the book's setting.
The performance begins at 6:30 and seating begins at 6:00. The play lasts approximately 2 hours and has two acts, one outside and one inside. In the event of inclement weather, an abbreviated version of Act I will take place inside, along with the full version of the full play will take place inside.

Is there assigned seating?
All tickets are general admission, and seating is open.
What is different about this performance?
Each ticketholder will get to attend the after-party, a fantastic birthday celebration in honor of Harper Lee's 98th Birthday! The party includes a meet-and-greet immediately after the play with the actors, a live band, dancing, complimentary drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres prepared by a popular local chef. The party will end at 11:00pm.
What can I bring into the event?
No cameras or filming of any kind. Also, please do not bring any large handbags, as seating is tight.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds will be given, but tickets may be turned in for a donation to the Mockingbird Company, if not used.
