Join us for a rejuvenating weekend filled with relaxation, self-care, and connection with nature. Set in the tranquil surroundings of Nevada City, this event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and recharge your soul. Open to all levels, ages and abilities.

PROGRAM OFFERINGS:

Balance and harmony will be restored with rejuvenating yoga, time spent in nature, mind + heart opening meditation and expanding breath awareness.
Communal meal sharing and conscious eating practices offer time to reflect and share with new friends. Contemplative periods of silence are built into our retreat to quiet the mind, settle the emotions, decompress the nervous system, heighten the senses and increase clarity and connection to source energy.
Daily excursions including hiking in the redwoods, ocean meditation, yoga philosophy seminar & creative expressiong
Daily yoga, breathwork and small group time

With this retreat, we offer you an opportunity to hit the reset button and plant seeds within for the next season!

This retreat is open to couples and individuals, & there are accommodations to fit any budget.

The spacious 7-bedroom, 9-bed Forest Homestead is located on 100 acres, with a sunny deck overlooking a the mountains. There are 4 manicured tent sites, a two-bedroom studio space for couples, and an upstairs for individuals to find comfort and tranquility.

Whether you come solo to meet your new-best-friends, or bring someone with you, this opportunity to prioritize your well-being and connect with like-minded individuals in a beautiful mountain setting will change your life.
