This event combines ceremonial sound healing with somatic (meaning of the body or physical) and breath practices to land you in your body and create soothing conditions for optimal wellness.

You'll learn techniques to heal yourself with your voice and to regulate your nervous system with movement and breath.

Then you'll have the opportunity to relax deeply and receive 1 hour of an intuitive blend of energy and sound healing at a deeply discounted rate compared to 1:1 healing sessions.



Vibrational healing with energy and sound is an amazingly effective modality for addressing trauma and deeply set conditions. It is a gentle method that is effective without the practitioner entering the client’s personal space and can be applied without physical touch.



What is ceremonial healing? A deeply grounded and intentionally crafted experience where the ceremonialist, the participant, and the divine meet to support the participants’ highest growth and healing.

I invite you to take this time to nourish and replenish yourself.

Event Schedule:

-Arrival & set your space (5-10 min before event begins)

-Opening Circle (starts at 2:30 PM)

-Ground & Set Intentions

-Movement &/or Breath Practice

-Transition to Sound Healing

-Sound Healing

-Closing Circle (complete by 4 PM)

How to Best Prepare:

-Eat a nourishing lunch

-Be hydrated & bring water to drink

-Prepare as you would for a ceremony (shower or bathe, spend time in nature, set an intention, bring sacred items)

-You may wish to prepare your next meal ahead of time

-Don’t schedule yourself for anything directly afterwards (allow time for integration)

-Please arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of time so we can start on time

Amara Amethyst helps heart-centered people, especially womxn and youth, feel safe in your bodies so you can step into authentic leadership. She is a Sonic Priestess and devotee of the Goddess and Earth.
She specializes in creating a nurturing space where you feel safe to soften into trust. She has shared sound healing and energy work with thousands of people through 1:1 and group healing sessions since 2012.
Amara is passionate about exploring the edges and depths of the human experience while cultivating safety and presence. She also loves to dance and sing!
