Join us for this four (4) day in person learning experience. Lunch is on us!

Training is split into (2) two-day sessions:

November 21 & 22, 2024

December 12 & 13, 2024

We incorporate many interactive activities to reinforce the learning experience. Our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is accredited through the Council for Six Sigma Certification. Previous Green Belt Certification or our Black Belt Prep course required.

Black Belt Certification gives you the tools needed to lead continuous improvement teams and projects that bring tremendous value to companies. You will learn statistical analysis tools that help drive sustainable improvements. You will also learn several mapping techniques that uncover waste within your value stream. You also learn to be an effective leader and change agent!
