During this retreat, we will explore various topics to encourage positive shifts in your overall health and daily life:

Movement: Discover what movement feels good and fun for you, as we explore different forms of joyful physical activity that energize both your body and mind.

Mindset: Uncover thought patterns that can contribute to a more joyful day-to-day life. Learn techniques to shift your mindset and cultivate positivity.

Meals: Explore the role of nutrition in fueling energy and enhancing well-being. Discover meals and dietary choices that nourish your mind and body.

Through workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities, we will delve deep into these topics, fostering a positive transformation in your overall well-being and helping you develop new habits to support your best self.

Your retreat experience includes:

4 days and 3 nights stay at the serene River View Retreat house.

All meals, snacks, and beverages from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch, prepared to nourish your body and delight your taste buds.

Engaging movement sessions, transformative workshops, and interactive meal prep classes.

Access to the beautiful retreat house amenities, including a hot tub, air hockey table, and breathtaking views of the river.

Retreat Cost:

Choose the room option that suits your preferences, with the option of double occupancy for those who prefer to share a bed:

- $1050 The Luxury Plus Experience- relax in your own private primary master suite- king bed, fireplace, walk in closet, en suite with jacuzzi tub & shower, and a private balcony (1 room available at this rate)

- $950 The Luxury Experience- king bed, fireplace, en suite with large tub & shower, sliding door to shared patio (1 room available at this rate)

- $850 Private Room w/ en suite Experience- queen bed, en suite with jacuzzi tub & shower (1 room available at this rate )

- $750 Private Room Experience- for private room with queen bed & shared bathroom (2 room available at this rate)

- $650 Shared Open Setting Experience- for full bed in shared area with shared bathroom (3 beds available at this rate)

**All king and queen rooms can also be double occupancy for $600 per person. If you have a friend you don't mind sharing a bed with, please invite them.

To secure your spot, a $300 deposit is required. Please indicate your preferred room in the comments when making your deposit. Room reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis. (We will keep you informed about the remaining available rooms.)

Final payment is due by February 5th.
