Welcome to the Maine Patient Safety Academy Registration Site! We are excited to bring back this innovative conference, which has been on hiatus since the COVID pandemic. Join us as we discuss a comprehensive variety of important patient safety topics from speakers with international, national, and state of Maine perspectives.

Our esteemed keynote speakers, Laura Chalmers and Dr. Lee Erickson will share their experience and insights to engage participants in thoughtful dialogue and instill foundational concepts around various aspects of patient safety.

The Academy will provide both practical and cutting-edge educational experiences for an interdisciplinary audience of healthcare providers, quality and patient safety leaders, pharmacists, students, academia, and consumer advocates.

We hope you will leave with valuable knowledge that can be used to positively impact your current patient safety priorities within your organization or practice. We look forward to seeing you there!
