Join us at SCP Hotel Saturday April 20, 2024 for the Redmond screening of our second annual film festival - We Are Home. This event is part of our Spring for Thrive Central Oregon fundraiser, an annual event intended to foster awareness around housing and income insecurity in our community.

The We Are Home Film Festival reflects new voices, visions, and representations of how we find home and belonging in our world today through 6 short films. Created by independent and upcoming filmmakers, the films explore this theme in ways that are not traditionally represented: those living in poverty, those experiencing homelessness, the working class, those creating community in alternative ways, populations of color, indigenous populations, and more!

The event will include a raffle of Redmond-based prizes, and Thrive Central Oregon gear for purchase! Staff and local resources will also be available for attendees to learn more about what’s going on in our community directly from those working in the fields of resources, housing and health.

All proceeds from the event and all donations made during the week of April 13-20 go back into our community: bolstering our housing fund that provides application fees, rental and deposit assistance for those in need.
