According to a February 2021 article in the Washington Post, Millennial and Gen Z professionals are avoiding companies without a diverse workforce, clear promotion track and a commitment to confronting systemic racism in their ranks.

For younger job seekers, diversity and inclusion in the workplace aren't a preference. They're a requirement.

As Boomers continue to retire at increasing rates, how do companies and organizations attract and engage new talent, and create a diverse and dynamic work environment in which they can thrive?

Join us for the 1st Annual Inclusive Employers' Summit in beautiful, Bend, Oregon.

This intimate conference will be held in the Hitchcock Auditorium, Pioneer Building, on the Central Oregon Community College campus. Limited seating available, so register early.

Due to a sharp increase in inflation and its impact on catering expenses, the $45 fee is applied toward the cost of a light breakfast, lunch, and appetizers at the end of the event.
