Únase a Sarah Antonucci para una tarde de meditación y sanación auditiva que proveerá en ambos lenguajes, español e inglés.

Después de una corta meditación guiada, los participantes serán guiados a través de una profunda relajación con los sonidos calmantes de los tazones de cristal y otros delicados instrumentos de percusión. Los sonidos relajantes usan aspectos de música y vibración de sonido para mejorar la salud física y emocional además de hacernos sentir mejor.

Join Sarah Antonucci for an evening of meditation and sound healing provided in both Spanish and English languages.

After a short guided meditation, participants will be guided into deeper relaxation with the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and other gentle percussive instruments. Sound healing uses aspects of music and sound vibration to improve physical and emotional health and well being. Even individuals who are deaf or have hearing loss can benefit from sound healing, as most of the benefits come from the vibrations emitted from the instruments.

Participants can bring a yoga mat and/or blanket to make themselves more comfortable. Attendees are able to partake in the entire class while sitting, laying, or standing.

Participation limited ages 12+
