What is the 7 Elements of Wellness?

The 7 Elements of Wellness are: Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Relational, Nutritional, Physical & Financial. We integrate a simple transformative lifestyle routine, combining both personal growth & wellness, to help you feel good more than you don’t. Our mission is to bring awareness in these 7 areas to create continuous growth, balance and flow as we move through our wellness journey.

We believe everyone has a special element that they shine in. Our vision is to bring this like minded community together, where people could find resources and modalities that resonate with them. As a wellness collective, we all share a similar message of healing and serving. As a community we intend to share that magic with others, because you never know whose path you could positively pivot just by being you.

We host local wellness activities and events that bring awareness to each specific element. Our main quarterly events spotlight presenters and sponsors that we feel truly have found success in their element. These events have given us a purpose and passion for continuing to grow and expand as individuals and as a community.

Get to know our presenters Jake Trembath & the Soul Coast Family

Jake Trembath is the creator of "Soul Coast", a transformational movement that is more than just a style of dance, it is a modality to learn, play and heal. This dance style that Jake has crafted, teaches students the art of form and flow through the roles of lead and follow, with direct reference to the masculine and feminine energies inside of all of us. Patterns, habits, beliefs, wounds, and mindset of the student's personal and interpersonal dynamics are brought to their awareness with these dance lessons, allowing the student to examine and evaluate themselves in deeply profound ways.

Soul Coast allows us to dive into the power within the polarity of the masculine and feminine dynamics and energies, and develop a deeper embodiment of our own authentic expression of both these foundational qualities. With the Soul Coast framework, you can not only step into the presence of play and joy, but also learn how to take the qualities of the masculine and feminine you express in dance and bring them to your day-to-day life in relationships, business, and every day aspects.

The way that you show up in dance is a good reflection of the way that you show up in life. Not only will we help you learn how to dance, but in that same process you will learn more about yourself. We are passionate about providing a safe space for people to experience their walls and work through them. In doing so, the outcome is the ability to express yourself freely and experience the joy that comes from playful and healthy connection and creation.

Location

The event will be held at Dixie Academy located at 86 South Main Street in Saint George, Utah. It is locted on the corner of 100 S. and Main Street, up the stairs above The Children's Museum. There are several parking lots between the venue and the library, near the Tabernacle and next to the school district. There is also street parking if available. The doors open at 6:30 p.m. Please be in your seat to promplty start the event at 7:00 p.m.

Cost

This is a free community event to the public. A large amount of time, money, energy, sponsors and donations go into making these events happen. Our intention with these events is to bring value and resources to our local and online community. This year we are still keeping the community events free, while we are suggesting a minimum donation of $7. What to expect

You must be registered on eventbrite for this event. QR codes will be presented to register last minute at the venue. There will also be gracious giveaways donated from the local wellness community sponsors, that want to share their element with you! One giveaway prize per person and must be present to win. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Please get there early to check in and begin the event promptly at 7 p.m. Looking forward to seeing you for a night of community and connection!
