Set in downtown Trinidad, Colorado, the course for the Huff and Puff 5k follows the Purgatoire River from the historic Water Works building (the 2nd oldest building in Trinidad) past the Trinidad Dog Park to the Kit Carson Cut off and back. The kick-off event of the 4.20 Festival the Huff and Puff 5k fun Run is a great opportunity to celebrate spring and kick off summer. Everyone is welcome including pets on leash. The race will be timed for those registering as runners with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place certificates for the men's 39 - and 40 and women's 39 - and 40 divisions. Knock the dust off those running shoes, get the pulse up and have a Huff and Puff good time in Trinidad's great outdoors. Race proceeds got to support the Trinidad Animal Shelter.
