I'd choose the Accubond. The higher BC should cheat the wind better and maintain more velocity on impact at longer ranges on Elk (all things being equal).

The 160 accubonds are a great choice for the 7mm mag. I will say that partitions do seem to have a more immediate effect and kill a bit faster overall.
