I am being charged for using Block Storage within the free tier.

I have 2 running compute instances with 2 block volumes attached as boot volumes. I know that the free tier include 2 block volumes totaling 200GB.

Is Oracle Free Tier Over? Need to pay for new boot volumes?

I spoke to a support member at Oracle and they said the price is only an estimate, but due to it bring a free tier, you won't be charged.
