Bowel cleansing before a colonoscopy can be done using MiraLAX and Gatorade on a two-part schedule. You need to drink clear liquids only and not eat at all.

64 ounces of any clear liquid that isn't red, purple, or orange. You will need to mix this with the MiraLAX. Keep it at room temperature.
