XBox 360 Wired – EmulationStation not detecting the Right Trigger

Configure Input not registering Left and Right triggers with XBox 360 ...

I am having a new issue with the EmulationStation "Configure Input" option where it no longer acknowledges input from the left and right triggers.

I'm using an Afterglow XBox 360 wired USB controller connected to my Pi via a powered USB hub. My Pi is a Model B running RetroPie 3.3.1 Wheezy.
