# Big Time Rush have announced another busy summer with their newly announced tour of the UK and Europe in 2024.
Big Time Rush became a sensation in November 2009 when the TV series of the same name appeared on Nickelodeon. The programme focused on the Hollywood adventures of four Minnesota hockey players after they were selected in a casting call to form a boy band. The programme became a huge success, after which - Carlos, Kendall, James and Logan, came to life as a band off-screen, releasing three full albums and performing around the world. The series ended in July 2013 and after four years of recording music and touring, their paths parted but they remained close friends over the years.
After seven years, wanting to bring joy to their fans during their quarantine, the members of Big Time Rush decided to perform together as a group to show love and togetherness to their fans.
