#### Experimenting, exploring and having fun in the studio - this is the motto of electronic duo I Monster. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of their album *Neveroddoreven*, they are embarking on their first European tour in 18 years, with Warsaw as one of their stops.
Jarrod Gosling and Dean Horner come from the very musical UK city of Sheffield. They made their debut with the song *Daydream in Blue*, released in 2001, sampling *Daydream* by The Wallace Collection. The track proved to be a hit and was later echoed in numerous films, TV series and commercials. It was from sampling, moreover, that they began to build their individual musical style, particularly relying on recordings from the 1960s. As they could not always afford the rights to use a particular sample, to date their creative process often looks like this: the sample is just a starting point, which, once the vocal melody is composed, is removed in favour of original music.
