Join Mid Hudson Chapter of Trout Unlimited for a cleanup at Wappingers Creek - Jameson Hill Road from 9AM to 11AM for the 13th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep. This is a rain or shine event.

Volunteers will meet at 431 Jameson Hill Road, Clinton Corners, NY 12514. Park in the designated area near the bridge over Wappingers Creek on Jameson Hill Road.

We recommend that all Sweep volunteers wear long pants and bring a hat, sunscreen, a full reusable water bottle, insect repellent, work gloves and hand sanitizer.

This site is not suitable for elementary-aged children.

  • Volunteers are required to pre-register for Sweep.
  • Volunteers should not participate if they have ANY signs of illness or if they have potentially been exposed to COVID-19.

Over the last 12 years, Sweep leaders have completed 1,199 service projects, bringing together thousands of volunteers from NYC to the Adirondacks to clean up 355 tons of debris, and plant or maintain 7,130 native plants. This incredible effort is made possible by the generosity of our members, sponsors, and donors.
